Before the shoot. We start with a consultation by phone or email about what you need. Do the new photos have to match headshots you already have? How much space is there in your office? How formal or relaxed should the look be, and can people vary their poses or should everyone keep to the same angles so the team looks consistent? We'll also look at your website and colour scheme, so the photos sit well where they'll be used.

On the day. We bring everything and set up in your office, with an assistant on every shoot. Each person gets our full attention, and most leave feeling a little bit special. It shows in the photos.

After the shoot. We keep you updated with lead times. Colleagues can each choose their favourites from a private online gallery, or one person can choose for everyone, whichever suits you. If colleagues choose, we look after the emails to them and take their individual editing requests. All editing is done in-house.
